A holistic conversation focused on understanding you as a whole person and finding the pattern of imbalance, we are not simply treating a diagnosis or disease state. Together we explore your story in detail, what's happening for you in all areas of life, from your main complaint - the onset, any triggers, individual sensations, your experience of the imbalance, what makes it better or worse - and then we widen the lens to include all areas of your life, how do you sleep, energy levels, temperature constitution, food cravings, stress response, fears, coping mechanisms, and overall patterns. A big focus in homeopathy is individualisation, what is peculiar or unique or characteristic about your experience. Emotional themes, life events, past experiences, family dynamics, and personality traits are just as important as your physical symptoms. From here everything you have shared, comes together to identify a remedy that matches your totality, rather than just the condition. A complete remedy plan is usually provided in writing within 24 hours of this initial consult and remedies are posted out to you (or pick-up is available on the Sunshine Coast). Pricing includes this 90 minute consult via video call or in person, complete health and remedy plan, with these remedies posted to you. *Please know that the more open and honest you can be when sharing your story, the more deeply I can understand you and tailor your care.
